Biography of Md. Sakhawat Hossain

As an assistant professor of life and earth sciences, my interest and passion cover environmental science, wildlife management, and conservation biology. My experiences and devotion, extensively and whole heartedly  focused on management through NBSs (Nature-based solutions) for achieving SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals). Around 10 years of biological research and teaching experiences, I have worked on Crocodile farming, Snake farming, Lizards, Hanuman langur, Biodiversity assessment, IUCN Red list species assessment, Urban parks, Environmental Impacts, Integrity in Education.

As an full time academician, I am esponsible for research work, developing curriculum, teaching materials, and delivering teaching materials through class lectures and lab exercises, advising students, coordinating wildlife management program, conservation biology, providing service to the department, university, and nature.
