Biography of Dr. Jewel Kumar Saha (Study Leave, PostDoc, S Korea)
Jewel Kumer Saha achived his PhD degree from the Advanced Display Research Center, Kyung Hee University. Jewel does research in Materials Science, Physical Chemistry, Nanotechnology and Information Display. He is also a Associate Professor in the Department of physics, Jagannath University in Dhaka, Bangladesh. He is currently on leave and working as Research Professor in the Department of Information Display, Kyung-Hee University, Seoul, South Korea. He is expertize in crystallography, ZnO based Thin Film Transistor, fabrication process for semiconductor devices using Spray Pyrolysis.
