Md. Abdur Razzak

Md. Abdur Razzak is currently on study leave and pusuing PhD at the University of New South Wales, Sydney, Australia. He is an Assistant Professor of Law at Jagannath University and a Commonwealth Scholar. He previously held teaching positions in Law at Bangladesh University of Professionals and Northern University Bangladesh. He completed second LLM in International Human Rights Law with distinction from the School of Law, University of Leeds, UK. He obtained his first LLM and LLB(Honors) from Jagannath University, Dhaka. He studied refugee law at the International Institute of Humanitarian Law, Italy. He holds a diploma in Economic, Social and Development rights from the Kathmandu School of Law, Nepal. His current teaching and research interest lies in the intersection between human rights, business and climate change. He is a member of the Global Business and Human Rights Scholars Association. During his LLM studies in the UK, he was actively associated with the Centre for Disability Studies based in the School of Law, University of Leeds. He is an associate editor of the Jagannath University Journal of Law.
