Biography of N. M. Mahmudul Alam Bhuiya
N. M. Mahmudul Alam Bhuiya is currently working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Pharmacy, Jagannath University. Before joining here, he served as a Lecturer in the Department of Pharmacy, University of Chittagong, Chittagong, Bangladesh (https://cu.ac.bd/index.php). He completed his Bachelor of Pharmacy (B. Pharm.) from the Faculty of Pharmacy and Master of Pharmacy (M. Pharm.) from the Department of Clinical Pharmacy and Pharmacology from the University of Dhaka, Bangladesh (https://www.du.ac.bd/).
Mr. Bhuiya also gained vast experience in Pharmaceutical Market Management, Pharmaceutical Business Strategy, Product Development, and Market Analysis whilst working in Radiant Pharmaceuticals Ltd., Bangladesh- a sister concern of Roche Pharmaceuticals, Basel, Switzerland.
Mr. Bhuiya's professional goal is to contribute to the health sector through teaching and research activities. His current research emphasizes public health and management of chronic and critical diseases like- T2DM, Cardiovascular disease, Inflammations, Cancer, etc. His research skills include Pharmacotherapy, Pharmaceutical Marketing, Phytochemistry, In Silico Drug Development, Project Management, and Market Research.
