ANIMAL AND DISEASE MODELS: Extensive experience in laboratory animal research techniques and the use of disease models in mice.

Animal models handling: Experience in general animal (mouse) husbandry, managing the breeding of numerous Transgenic, Germ Free (GF) and Knock Out mouse strains.

Induction of disease models: Intraperitoneal (i.p) injections of chemical agents to mouse models. Embryo harvesting at embryonic day 9.5, 10.5 and 11.5 to see the neuronal tube defects. Mouse embryo heart harvesting at day 17.5 to see the heart defects in diabetic’s mouse model.
