· Molecular biology and Biochemistry: Gene cloning, gene amplification (PCR, RT-PCR), DNA, RNA and recombinant protein purification; transformation and transfection; molecular cloning and recombinant protein expression, electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE, Agarose Gel), DNA sequencing, TOF-MS analysis of recombinant protein.
