Biography of Dr. Imranul Hoque

                                                                                               

Dr. Imranul Hoque is a Professor in the Department of Marketing at Jagannath University in Dhaka, Bangladesh. He holds a PhD in International Business Management from Aalborg University, Denmark. Prior to that, he completed master’s degree in Innovation & Entrepreneurship from Aalborg University, Denmark; and MBA and BBA with a major in marketing from the University of Dhaka, Bangladesh. He has been teaching marketing for more than fourteen years at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. His main research focus is international business, the global value chain, operations management, and sustainability. His research has appeared in the Journal of Fashion Marketing and Management, Journal of Manufacturing Technology Management, Benchmarking: An International Journal, International Journal of Global Business and Competitiveness, Management Review Quarterly, International Journal of Productivity and Performance Management, South Asian Journal of Management, and more. He has experience working on various national and international research projects. In his leisure time, Dr. Imranul enjoys playing cricket, listening to music, and travelling.
