Dr. Neegar Sultana is a human geographer, currently working as an Associate Professor in the Department of Geography and Environment, Jagannath University, Bangladesh. She received her Ph.D. in Land Resource Management from the College of Public Administration, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Wuhan, China. Her PhD study focuses on Landslide Vulnerability Assessment, Coping and Barriers in Southeast Bangladesh.
Dr. sultana completed her B.Sc. (Hons) and MS in the Department of Geography and Environment from the University of Dhaka in 2006 and 2007. She also finished MBA in the Department of Banking and Insurance from University of Dhaka in 2015. She got 2nd Position in B.Sc. (Hons), 3rd Position (Thesis Group) in MS and GPA 3.82 in MBA.
