A brief introduction
This is Shakila Akter, currently working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Public Administration at Jagannath University, Dhaka, Bangladesh. I have served in the same department as a Lecturer for over three years. I have completed my Bachelor's and Master obtainig the first position in the class from the department of Public Administration, Jagannath University, Dhaka, Bangladesh. My area of research interest mainly includes Public Sector Service Delivery System, Local Government and Gvernance and Public Health Issues.
