3. Associate Professor (From February, 2012) & Chairman (From May 2015 to June 15, 2016). Department of Psychology, Jagannath University, Dhaka, Bangladesh.

4. Proctor (2012-2014). Jagannath University, Dhaka. To maintain law and order situation in the Jagannath University campus and outside the campus and to help the students, teachers and staffs for legal protection. Control and protect students’ agitation in the campus, handle student affairs, student’s collision, and student’s unfair means in all types of examination in the university. To control any types of criminal activities in the JnU campus.

8. Director (2004-2008). Research, Monitoring and Evaluation Division, Gonoshasthaya Kendra (GK, Bangladesh). The responsibilities are- to conduct and supervise research projects, preparing project proposals, preparing monthly /annual /progress /donor’s/special reports. Used to attend donor’s coordination meeting and maintain liaison with the donors and GOB. Leading a state-of-the-art research centre and supervising experts of the GK research team. Worked for population research at GK, Savar, Dhaka (in the area of Maternal and Child health care), and responsibilities includes Report Writing, Project Proposal Writing, Attending Donors Meeting, Preparing Project Completion Report, Project Manager, Conducting Research, Preparing Case studies, and to lead a state-of-the-art research centre and supervising the research team of GK.
