Biography
Shipra Sarkar has obtained BSS from Chittagong University in 1988 and MSS from University of Dhaka in 1989. She then completed M ED in 2003 and M Phil in 2007. She has beed awarded PhD from University of Dhaka in 2022, Bangladesh.
Research Interests
Folk- lore and Folk - art , Social structure of Bangladesh , Bangladesh society and culture, Caste system, Sociology of literature, Sociology of education , Sociology of Health and Illness etc.
