Biography of Dr. Muhammad Al-amin Hoque
Dr Muhammad Al-Amin Hoque is currently working as an Associate Professor of Geography and Environment Department at Jagannath University, Bangladesh. He completed his PhD in 2017 from Remote Sensing Research Centre at The University of Queensland, Australia. His PhD study focuses on Cyclone Disaster Mapping, Monitoring and Management Using Remote Sensing and Spatial Analysis. He has finished one year post-doctoral research work between 2018 and 2019 from the University of Technology Sydney, Australia.
Dr Hoque completed B.Sc. (Hons) and M.Sc. in Geography and Environment from Jahangirnagar University in 2008 and 2009. He got the 1st position with CGPA 3.82 in B.Sc. (Hons) and the 2nd position (Thesis group) with GPA 3.93 in M.Sc.
