Biography of Md. Abdul Malak, Ph.D.

 

Md. Abdul Malak is a human geographer with over ten years of research experience in climate change adaptation, livelihoods, resilience, migration, refugees, the political economy of environmental change, spatial analysis, and critical review in Bangladesh and overseas. His skills cover both academic and development research. He obtained a PhD in Human Geography from the School of Geography and Sustainable Communities at the University of Wollongong. He also received his B.Sc. and M.S. degrees in Geography and Environment from Jahangirnagar University, Bangladesh. Currently, he is working as an Associate Professor of Geography and Environment at Jagannath University, Bangladesh.
