I worked for the R & D (Research & Development) division of Fluid Cracking Catalysts (FCC) for my internship at Albemarle Catalysts Company B.V., the Netherlands. Here I studied the self assembly & surface charging parameters of FCC components. The self assembly of individual matrix component (alumina) and binder (silica) has been studied by spray and plate drying.

During my MSc research, I was involved in a confidential industrial project for Hybrid Catalysis B.V., the Netherlands in collaboration with Sasol Technology, St Andrews, Scotland which involved 320 automated experiments of 1-pentene dimerisation with Chemspeed Robot involving a very air-sensitive catalytic system.
