Workshop:
1. Review Workshop on Assessment of Selected Plant Species under the ‘Developing Bangladesh National Red List of Plant and Developing management strategy of Invasive Alien Species (IAS) of Plants’ programme. Initiated by: The Bangladesh Forest Department and the Bangladesh National Herbarium, under the SUFAL project, funded by the World Bank. IUCN Bangladesh is providing key technical support to this programme. Dhaka. 18 August 2021.
2. Workshop on "Feasibility study of trans boundary wildlife corridor in Chattogram, Chittagong Hill Tracts and Cox's Bazar with India and Myanmar" by the Bangladesh Forest Department to assess the present status of wildlife habitat connectivity and identify the potential sites for establishing trans boundary wildlife corridor in Chattogram, Chittagong Hill Tract and Cox's Bazar. Jointly organized by IUCN and Forest Department of Bangladesh, 09 December 2O21 at the Bangabandhu International Conference Center, Agargaon, Sher-E-Bangla Nagar, Dhaka.
3. Validation Workshop on the IAS of Plants Survey, Investigation work plan, and Methodology held on 11 November 2020 at Korobi Conference Hall, Bangladesh Forest Department, Agargaon, Dhaka, Bangladesh. Under the project "Developing Bangladesh National Red List of Plants and Developing Management Strategy of Invasive Alien Species (IAS) of Plants in Selected Protected Areas (PAs)" has been initiated by Bangladesh Forest Department and Bangladesh National Herbarium, under the SUFAL project, funded by the World Bank. IUCN Bangladesh is providing key technical support to this project.
