1. Enlisted at Dean's Merit List under Dean's Academic Award for earning a GPA of 4.00 on a 4.00-point scale in the 5th and 6th semesters of my BBA program. Obtained a CGPA of 3.813 on a scale of 4.0 and ranked among the top 4% of the students in my batch.

Research Grant:
1. University Grants Commission (UGC)-supported Jagannath University Research project grant of 1,00,000 BDT in 2017-2018. I contributed as the Project Director and I did design and execute original research focusing on ‘how does a bachelor’s business education curriculum experience different gaps which arise in different phases of curriculum design, development, and implementation process in some selected universities of Bangladesh.’ I showed competence in data collection and thematic analysis. I published an article extracted from this project report to the International Journal of Vocational Education and Training Research.
2. University Grants Commission (UGC)-supported Jagannath University Research project grant of 1,00,000 BDT in 2022-2023. I contributed as Project Director and I did design original research focusing on ‘how the organizational work contributes to promoting employee well-being.’ Based on fieldwork in Bangladesh, including qualitative in-depth interviews with HR professionals in public and private sector organizations, I would use strategy-as-practice theory to analyze the empirical data thematically. I did achieve good analytical ability by having documented hands-on experiences in systematic activities.
